I feel fundamentally dishonest using the phrase “low key” so often because inside my heart and soul I’m actually and unambiguously and inappropriately obsessively 100% full scale high key about literally everything I ever think and feel and look at.

Do not glamorize underweight BMIs and restrictive eating.
Validate that all persons with all body types can have an eating disorder.
Understand that all eating disorders are life-threatening.
Recognize that no person is too damaged to recover.
Empower those who are healing.
